To qualify for the benefit, customers must share their feedback or positive experience of the product on Amazon.

For those who purchased the True Tot Tower on Amazon before May 1, 2022, the extended warranty benefit will apply based on the date of their feedback or positive experience. For customers who purchase the product on Amazon after May 1, 2022, the extended warranty benefit will commence after the initial one-year warranty has expired.
