Our Guarantee

True Tot Tower guarantees the quality and workmanship of our learning platforms. 

 

Every True Tot Tower is guaranteed with a 1-year warranty* or as per the legislation in the country of purchase.

Under this warranty, your True Tot Tower will be replaced if defects in materials or workmanship occur within 12 months of the original purchase date (verified by a sales receipt).

Please register your True Tot Tower upon delivery.  

To submit a warranty claim, contact our customer service department via phone or email at 877-737-9177 or hello@true-growth.com. 

 

If the item falls within the warranty period, customer service will issue a Returns Authorization (RA) number. Items must be returned within 15 calendar days after the RA has been issued.  

* Our warranty liability shall be limited to replacing the unit free of charge and does not include transport costs. We may request that the faulty unit be returned for assessment before issuing a replacement.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, tampering with the product, misuse of the product or damage caused by transportation.

The warranty extends to all countries in which this product is supplied.

By the act of using this product, the user accepts all resulting liability. We reserve the right to modify the provisions of this warranty at any time without notice.
