Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing a True Tot Tower.

Each True Tot Tower is made to provide a safe, stable structure for children. True Tot Tower has been tested to hold up to 100 lbs (45 kg) and has passed all standards per ASTM F2613-16Ee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact  us to arrange a return. 

If you received a defective or faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@true-growth.com. A member of our Customer Service Team will work with you to replace faulty parts or items. Each True Tot Tower is covered by our guarantee. 

We do not cover damages caused as a result of tampering with or misuse of the product.

We will not accept returns after 30 days of the purchase or on used items.

- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

- Shipping and handling charges are not included.

- We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
